...finally got in some weights...

eights on Monday and weights today. The focus was on back exercises, but I've been doing more bicep curls than I have in the past--not sure why.
I've noticed that my stomach muscles are firmer. All those sit-ups or stomach crunches. If you do 500 of them week after week, it's going to have an effect. The stomach muscles will get stronger, but it has nothing to do with burning fat cells around your waist. You can't control where the fat cells come and go.
Lateral Back 27 kg x 25 reps x 3 sets
Vertical Back 27 kg x 25 reps x 3 sets
Stomach Crunches: 30 reps x 6 sets with 2KG medicine ball.
Bicep Curls: 7kg x 25 reps x 6 sets
No Leg Lunges or squats.
