Day 2 of 2.
y long-term average increased to 5.974. 28 days to go get to 6.00.
Since it was a Sunday, I only did cardio. Thirty minutes on the elliptical machine. RPM 70 to 75. Burnt 480 calories. That's a workout.
In the past I haven't been stretching on my cardio-only days and I have been trying to remember to do it. Today I forgot. I fell back to previous habit. I'll get it right in the future.
Tomorrow is a weights day. I don't do weights everyday. I take a day off in between to let the muscles rest and heal etc.
