Day 25 of 25
had no problem getting to the gym, wanting to go, and wanting to hard on the elliptical machine and I did. 30 minutes. RPM 75 to 80. Calories burnt 495. That's a lot of sweat.
So. Twenty-five straight days. Another 12 days to go to not just get to 6.00 but if I don't go on day 13, I'll still be at 6.00. I'll see what happens when I get there.
