...The StepMill machine is a killer....

eights and cardio.
15 mins on the StepMill machine to warm up. At level 7, it definitely got the blood pumping.
Lateral Back 27 kg x 25 reps x 3 sets
Vertical Back 27 kg x 25 reps x 3 sets
Stomach Crunches: 25 reps x 6 sets
Leg Lunges: 10 reps x 1 set - Left/Right.
Squats: 10 reps x 1 sets.
Long-term average is now 6.0009.
